We and our affiliates/service providers reserve the right for refusing service, terminating accounts, removing or editing content, or cancelling orders at our sole discretion.
The use of our website is permitted for all those who are of 18 years and above, and legally eligible for entering into agreement with us for the use of our website in accordance with the Terms of Use. You shall be responsible for the use of your account by others as well as the financial responsibility when using our website.
You will be solely responsible for any flight tickets, hotel rooms, vacation packages or car rentals bookings made by persons on your behalf, and under your direction or control. You must ensure that the information provided to us in any form when using our website for transaction purposes or otherwise is true and accurate.
You must also acknowledge and agree that the use of our website will be made for legitimate reservations only. You are expected for complying with these Terms of Use, and agree that misusing or abusing the bookings and travel services facilities offered by our website will debar you automatically and any access to such facilities will be denied to you.
The fare quoted by us to the customers during the purchase of products and services include our booking/service fees, and taxes and fees applicable to airfare, hotel accommodation, vacation packages, car rentals and any other activities included in the customer’s booking. Additional fuel surcharges, seat reservation, baggage, security, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service charges may apply and will be charged by the relevant service provider at the time of check-in. The customer will be fully responsible for paying any such additional charges due to the service provider, such as airline, hotels, car rental companies and tour operators, providing travel products and services through us. You are advised to directly contact the relevant service provider for further queries. The total prices quoted by us at the time of booking however does not include personal effects protection, drop-off charges, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, liability insurance, sky racks or incidental room charges at the hotel.
All bookings or tickets purchased through us are electronic reservations (E-reservations) or electronic tickets (E-tickets). These include flight tickets, hotels, vacation packages and/or car rentals. We will send a final confirmation email upon full payment.
You can make purchases with us through credit card or debit card issued in the USA as well as from different parts of the world. Your purchase will be treated as final and complete only after we receive the full payment. Credit card acceptance policies may however vary and depend on the airline and type of fare, or many other factors. There shall be no dispute whatsoever on any charges to credit card duly authorized by the customer when making the final purchase. The customer will be responsible to keep track of the E-tickets or E-reservations confirmations sent by us through email and intimate us within 24 hours if not received.
If the credit card is declined at the time of processing of the purchase then the customer will be informed by phone or email within 4 business days, and the purchase of travel product or services will not be processed at all. The fare quoted cannot be guaranteed by us in case of delays of issuing the same due to the credit card decline.
The prices of airfare are dynamic and liable to change between the time of ordering the ticket online and the actual issuing of ticket. TravelOblue won’t be responsible for any increase in fare and will consult you for making reservations at the new fare or if the ticket order is to be cancelled in such event. If the booked fare declines then we will be unable to get the fare difference from the airline.
The changes made to the itinerary by the customer are restricted and subject to existing airline fare rules. Any name or date change is not allowed after the booking is completed. We don’t guarantee, and won’t be responsible for, any reservations or bookings made or confirmed to the customer whenever any change in the original itinerary occurs by the supplier pursuant to customer’s request.
Almost all the airline tickets purchased through us are 100% non-refundable. The airline however allows for cancellation in certain cases, for which a credit may be valid for ticket purchase at a future date by the same traveler on the same airline. The credit issued by the airline due to cancellation for future travel must be used before the expiry date. Additional restrictions attached to the credit with must be discussed with one of our customer service agents. After approval, the cancellation must be done before scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by directly talking to our customer service center. We don’t guarantee any cancellation and it exclusively depends on the concerned airline considering its existing fare rules. If the customer wants to make a new booking using airline credit the fare difference will have to be paid, applicable to airline penalties and any applicable TravelOblue post-ticketing fees. The cancellations and changes entirely depend on each airline’s fare rules, procedures and policies, and are not within our control.
If the itinerary involves flights operated by multiple airlines then the customer needs to carefully read the terms and conditions of each airline as they may have their own rules, fees and restrictions. If an airline change, such as flight cancellation or rescheduling, takes place which affects one of these flights thereby necessitating the customer to make changes to the other flight, willingly or unwillingly, the customer will be fully responsible for paying any fees or ticket cost incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight. Each airline will be charge its own fees for changes, refunds, or whenever exchanges are requested by the customer. The customer is expected to comply with the terms and conditions of each airline, which may differ.
Almost all of our flight tickets, hotels, vacation packages, prepaid car rentals and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. All requests for cancellation should be made on phone only. We will accept requests for refund only when the customer has applied for cancellation and refund to us beforehand, subject to airline rules and policies; if the customer’s status is not a “no show”; and if the request for cancellation and refund is approved by the airline and we are able to secure a waiver. We cannot guarantee the refund as it depends on the service provider. The service fees charged by us at the time of original travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. The airline and other service providers may charge a penalty for refund. Additionally, we will also charge a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable.
